Back in 1970's, Don Fernando Castaneda, a chemist by profession ad a visionary par excellence, detected a need for imporvement in the sorting of coffee beans. Thinking of creating a technological way of sorting beans that would allow the producer and the exporter to improve the quality of their product and their procesing capacity, he set about designing an electronic optical color analyzer that could sort coffee beans with great precision and efficiency.
Today, Xeltron is run by his daughter, Andrea Castaneda, under the same vision of excellence as Don Fernando. Together with a great team of professionals, engineers, collaborators, and representatives, Xeltron is always at the forefront of world-class technological innovation, focusing on providing sorting solutions for the benefit of the producer and exporter.
