WECO is excited to showcase our CoffeeCherryTek sorter.
WECO (Woodside Electronics Corporation), based in California, has been designing, manufacturing, and servicing electronic sorters for over thirty years and has thousands of units deployed worldwide. WECO serves several industries: tomato sorting on the harvester, walnut and pecan line sorting and drying, hops kiln moisture monitoring, and small fruit sorting including blueberries, cranberries, olives, coffee cherries, and wine grapes.
CoffeeCherryTek is a sorting platform developed to sort coffee cherries, natural processed coffees and parchment coffee alike. The stainless-steel design allows this sorter to perform in harsh environments and is a sustainable option as water is not required while sorting product. CoffeeCherryTek looks at the complete color spectrum which allows it to remove, green, yellow, orange and shriveled coffee cherries along with foreign material. It is available in three sizes, 16” wide model sorting up 2500 Kilos per hour, 40” wide model sorting up to 7000 Kilos per hour and a 64” wide model sorting up to 12,000 Kilos per hour.
