The JAV-RDA-U views samples through an optically flat glass dish while the JAV-RDA-D samples directly in a sample tray, avoiding the use of glass. You can choose to run from the built in touch screen or from a computer. Some of the multitude features included in all systems: Battery backup and monitor to safely keep setup and data integrity; sample averaging for up to nine sample cups; Roast Match™ to automate setting and storing up to four separate calibration models to match others systems regardless of manufacturer or location; and Fast Start temperature compensation so your instrument is ready to go shortly after the power is turned on.
