Correct Coffee/Water Ratio (16:1). Vpacs come with a generous 14 grams of perfectly-ground, premium-quality coffee (compared to 8-10 grams in a K-cup). Just fill the water to the clear level mark to automatically realize the “golden cup” 16:1 water to coffee ratio.
Correct Water Temperature. Computer PID heating, water mixing, and automatic altitude adjustment ensure the water is precisely heated to the ideal target temperature.
Optimal Extraction. Intelligent water level monitoring in the filter during brewing, with adaptive feedback, tunes the pour recipe/timings to each coffee type for ideal extraction.
