In sourcing Washed Arabica, we only buy single-farm, single-variety lots. We pass on the generic lots, community lots, and mixed-cultivar lots that other importers offer.
And with beans intended for espresso- the Monsooned Arabica and the High Grade Robustas- we seek out processing and sorting improvements to so that roasters using Josuma beans see more consistency and uniformity.
