Award-winning Brazilian Specialty Coffees
Sandi Coffee was born from the entrepreneurial spirit of a traditional family that produces specialty coffees in Serra da Mantiqueira and the desire to spread the excellence of their coffees around the world. For more than 50 years, we have been dedicated to producing fine Coffees on land with an elevation above 4265 ft, with rigorous controls from planting to commercialization. Our pursuit of quality has earned us essential certifications and prestigious international awards. The coffees produced in this region in the south of the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, have the Controlled Designation of Origin (DOC) seal by APROCAM (Mantiqueira de Minas Coffee Producers Association).
Our farms are committed to sustainable coffee production through sound agricultural practices and the preservation of natural resources.
Harvesting is done manually, and only the ripest beans are picked, which requires several trips through the fields before harvesting is complete. The beans are then taken to the processing center, where they are washed and spread on terraces. Drying is carried out in the sun and finished in dryers, ensuring homogeneous dryness while preserving quality.
